Our bags and totes aim to please. If you’re unhappy with your purchase please contact us immediately and we'll get it straightened out. We require notification within 3 days of product arrival and the return received within 14 days. Items must be unused with tags attached and free of any smells, such as perfume, pets or smoke. Returns will have our original shipping cost deducted.
