Our bags and totes aim to please, however If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us immediately and we'll get it straightened out. Returns will have original shipping cost deducted, we must be notified within 3 days of product arrival and the return received within 14 days. It must be unused with tags attached and free of any smells, such as perfume, pets or smoke. Service Fees may apply.
