Our bags and totes aim to please, however If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us immediately and we'll get it straightened out. Returns will have original shipping cost deducted,. We must be notified within 3 days of product arrival and the return received within14 days. It must be unused in original packing with tags attached and free of any smells, such as perfume or smoke.
