Our bags and totes aim to please, however If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us immediately and we'll get it straightened out. Returns will have original shipping cost deducted, we must be notified within 3 days of product arrival and the return received within 14 days. It’s a great size. Pockets are good. The color is a tiny bit darker than I really wanted but it’s still a good color. I saw the tag says dry clean only but I throw everything in the washer and dryer. I may try to hand wash it if I need to. I am going to put nautical patches on it. I do love it.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She was looking for a new purse that she could conceal carry with. It is a heavy canvas bag! Thick adjustable strap. Would recommend putting a Velcro strip inside conceal pocket to hold the holster. Lots of room in the main zipper pocket and nice little pockets inside that. Outside pocket is convenient for your phone. My wife is very happy with this purse!

I purchased a crossbody bag. I absolutely love this bag. I love the adjusting strap. The workmanship is awesome and I love the way the compartments are set up. The outside zipper compartment is deep and works great for my phone keys and things that I want to get to quickly. My wallet fits great in the main part of the bag . Pens lipsticks etc fit great in the little two little side pockets on the interior. The best part of all is that you can zip the bag closed. I would recommend this purchase too anyone.
