Our bags and totes aim to please, however If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us immediately and we'll get it straightened out. Returns will have original shipping cost deducted, we must be notified within 3 days of product arrival and the return received within 14 days. It must be unused with tags attached and free of any smells, such as perfume, pets or smoke.

I absolutely love this bag. Its the perfect size for me as I like my bags on the larger side. The longer strap was a nice touch and I was surprised how lightweight it was. I was expecting much heavier and this is the perfect weight to hold all my stuff and not destroy my shoulder. Just my opinion, but I would say this bag is PERFECT. I will definitely be back for more. Communication was excellent and shipping was so fast. A great company with great products. Highly recommended. Love that you support the military !

I got this bag as a gift from my sister, it's amazing! I'm a teacher and a Momma, and this has room for all MY things as well as all the things I tend to carry for my kids (and hubby) I like that it's crossbody AND has tote handles.
Very durable and attractive material, well made straps and heavy duty zippers. The "queen bee" design is the perfect flash of "girly" for me too.
This is by far the favorite everyday "purse" for me!
Love my bag! It is a perfect size. Sad to say that some of the stitching came out on the front cell phone pocket otherwise well made! Since I can sew, I will fix it myself. I will definitely purchase again and am happy to support the Gary Sinise Foundation with my purchases.

This bag allows me to consolidate all of my materials into one bag. It is ample in size and easily holds my purse and sleeved MacBook along with papers and other necessities. On those rare occasions when it is not packed full, the canvas maintains an attractive shape due to the fold-over top design. I love it!
I’ve gotten lots of compliments on this bag. I like the size and pocket with snap to keep my stuff inside and safe. I have a little trouble with the thickness of the strap. It seems a little bulky and wont stay in my narrow sloped shoulder. But that could be just me. I haven’t used it to carry yet but I find it’s convenient to place keys in the back concealed pocket. It’s a little small to carry anything bigger than a smaller gauge but I haven’t tried it yet. It’s convenient to have two zippers on each side of this compartment though.
The bags is sturdy and very roomy for all the things I have to carry. Glad I purchased it. I was wondering if you make a bag with Army Air Force in honor of my Dad serving in WW2. The bag I purchased is in honor of my Father-in-law who was in the army.
