Returns will have original shipping cost deducted, we must be notified within 3 days of product arrival and the return received within 7 days. This bag is awesome! It's big enough to hold all my stuff but not so big you can't find anything. The pockets are great and the extra strap is a bonus for when you need to carry the purse cross body.
