Our bags and totes aim to please, however If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us immediately and we'll get it straightened out. We require notification within 3 days of product arrival and the return received within 14 days. It must be unused with tags attached and free of any smells, such as perfume, pet odors or smoke. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Those funds are collected and charged by the USPS and not retained by Recycled Military Bags.

This is my favorite day bag. It’s so versatile, with a large capacity that fits everything I need (my old courier bag was too small) and even though it’s so much bigger it’s so much easier to carry.
