Our bags and totes aim to please, however If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us immediately and we'll get it straightened out. Returns will have original shipping cost deducted,. We must be notified within 3 days of product arrival and the return received within 7 days. It must be unused in original packing with tags attached and free of any smells, such as perfume or smoke. I chose this as a diaper bag and received it as a gift. I already knew it would be high quality because I already own several Recycled Military Bags. I bought a purse divider insert and it is the absolute perfect size for diapers, wipes, change of clothes, foldable changing pad, toys, and my necessities as well! This is way cuter than those tacky diaper bags at the store, plus more durable and more functional. When I no longer have need for a diaper bag, I can use this for a beach day or a weekend tote. Love it!

I love this shoulder handbag. I had another one picked out and then I went on the website and I seen the piece. Volkswagen absolutely fell in love with it. I grew up in the '60s and '70s. It just spoke to me and I contacted the website and between the website and the owner of the shop on Etsy Dawn the swapped out the bag I ordered. They did it I am so Pleased and Happy with this Cross Shoulder bag. I will definitely order from the website or keep an my eye on what comes. I am a Navy Veteran so pleased what your doing and recycling military supplies. I wish my brother hadn't thrown my Sea bag away. Part of basement was wet so I wasn't aware it was thrown out.
